Game on MLB TV and mlb.tv, but you have to suffer through the Hawk and Steve Stone.

Leake gives up a single to Dunn and not much else through two.

Reds 1-0 after 1.5

I believe today's game is supposed to be on MLB Network as well.

Hopefully this is the version of Leake we'll see in the regular season. Cruising through 3, only giving up 2 hits and no walks.

This is the Mike Leake the Reds need in their rotation this year. Solid outing. Hate to get too excited about a Spring Training start, but it was nice to see Leake put up some goose eggs after struggling this spring. Hopefully this perpetuates his confidence and we have another guy we can rely on in April.

I have always been of the belief that the problem that Leake ran into last year was not that he wore down but that his use became too spread out and sporadic. He got out of a rhythm and was too rested.

BTW, the Reds won 9-1.

Nice that he did it against the Chisox starters too. They didn't have a bunch of non roster guys in that starting lineup

Time to warm this one up for the regular season. Lets hear it about 95 times this year.

This was my thinking as well. He had a couple poor starts before they started resting him, but once they started that he REALLY struggled.

Only caught Leake's last inning, but he looked sharp. IMO, he was getting squeezed too.
