Who you taking in this series?

I think I'll take the Red Sox to break the winnless streak with two of three

How nice would it be if the Yanks swept them? Boston might implode. They would need another "Big Dig" just to uncover Fenway.

Agreed... i dont particularly care for either team... but for the sake of baseball and Red Sox nation... i hope they atleast get one of the three

If Boston gets swept they are 7 games behind the Yankees on the morning of April 11th. Unimaginable. I'd hate to spot that Yankee team 7 games and then try to catch them.

Not a good start for Sox thus far.... haha

I'm a Carl Crawford fan after watching him the past couple years in Tampa... i hope he can get his stuff together over this weekend set!

And, of course, the Yankees jump out to a 2-0 lead in the 1st frame... haha

Pedroia with a longball over the Green Monster! Some excitement amongst the Red Sox faithful!

How long you give the Sox before its time to panic?

Should be in minor panic mode right now. Major panic mode if they lose this series, especially if they get swept

Yankees strike again in the top of the second. 3-1.

I think everyone may go into panic mode in another inning if things keep up the way they are right now

Atleast they have a chance to put up some runs here in the second with no outs and the bases loaded... still trailing 2-1 though

Mark the date and time, where you were, when you saw it... the Red Sox are actually winning 5-3 now!!

Shaping up to be a wild one. You know the Yankees aren't finished with the bats.

40+ pitches through two innings for Phil Hughes... sounds like Volquez in the 1st against the Astros!

I hate the yankees more as a team, but in terms of fanbases, I hate the Red Sox more, so I gotta go with the Yankees (slightly)

Bosox up 7-6 in the top of the 7th. Big Bartolo Colon with 4 IP and just one hit and one unearned run. Lackey went five for the Sawks and gave up at least one run in every inning.

I just flipped it on in time to see Russell Martin crush his second home run of the day. 9-4 Yankees after 7.

I see Dice-K got bombed again. Remember the big bidding war for him. Theo Epstein, boy blunder, strikes out again.

I'm loving every second of this terrible start by the Red Sux.

Lol @ those beantown morons saying how this team was one of the greats of all-time before they even stepped on the field.

After another loss to TB yesterday... the BoSox are out a whooping 2-9 start... atleast they have a pair of wins over the Yankees to their credit

I love it. While I hate the Yankees and their buy a championship approach, I have to respect their 27 Championships.

The Red Sox though I despise with every fiber of my being. Has there ever, in the history of any sport, been a team that has gotten more mileage out of winning 2 Championships over a 93 year span?

The Cubbies? 103 years and counting.
