Reds Monthly Review - April

I just got a gig to write a monthly review for the Reds, and would really appreciate it if you guys would check it out and let me know how it is. I tried to make it so it isn't everything you all already know, because I know there are some huge Reds' fans on this board - so there are a few tidbits and analysis in there from stats or trends that I found on FanGraphs.com and things like that.
