anyone else have the package? this infuriates me. the game is on 2 channels and both channels, there are 2 games in progress in the 6th inning. that means i should plan to miss at least 3 innings of this game.

what's worse is that the phillies/marlins game is a blowout.

The game is also supposed to be on MLB Network, but the Yankees game is now three and a half hours old and only in the seventh inning.

I'm also having cable problems with FoxSports Ohio--the signal is being scrambled. I called Time Warner, and they said if it's still like that tomorrow to give them a call.

One of those most pathetic sequences I've seen from a Reds pitcher in years. Cueto basically gave up 10% of his start and STILL didn't record an out on the pitcher.

He'd get an earful from me if I were his manager. You should never go 3-2 to an opposing pitcher, much less double-digit for pitches.

"It's almost impossible to watch this kid swing the way he did in May and watch him revert back to what he did in April."--Marty B on Bruce

Get over it old man.

Bruce has a .373 OBP in June. He isn't hitting for power (.372 SLG), but the good thing is that he's still being productive and helping his team by getting on base.

Edit: Should have added that in April, his OBP was .301. His June has been nothing like his April.

A lot of BP options for the Reds right now.

Amazing what happens when the starters keep throwing up innings and keep the BP rested. Getting Chapman and LeCure back gives the Reds the pen to take them into the postseason.

Bray, Ondrusek, Massett, Chapman, 2011 version of CoCo.

That's scary if they are all right.

But revert to April? c'mon

Spot on. He had a 10:25 BB:K ratio in April; it's 8:12 so far in June, and was 11:21 in May. Looks to me that so far the plate discipline is even better than in May, but the hits just haven't been falling. Before yesterday's game, his LD% for June was 29.4% (if I calculated that correctly, somebody may want to check that). That's pretty good.

This time Joey tagged a fastball, so Jay got nothing but sliders. I'm not sure I agree in this situation. Kemp is the only guy that the Reds should worry about. Don't give him a chance to put any runs on the board if they don't have to. I'd rather pitch around him and take my chances with Loney, albeit the tying run.
