I really don't want to trade for a "big" name player...I really like what we have and truly believe we can achieve alot with the propper coaching staff...If we can get a good gameplan and execute it then we have a reall good chance for a title...I also believe we need someone( ie: Orlando cabera ) to give us a good motivated lockeroom...Last year is a prime example of of my point...

I was meaning to say "propper calls from the coaching staff"


It seemed like we were hitting on all cylinders last year(until the playoffs)
