I'm kinda glad we have Bronson honestly. I know he won't put up great numbers or anything, but as a back end of the rotation guy he'll be fine. More importantly, with Cueto, Latos, and Bailey we have quite a few injury prone guy in the rotation. Bronson is the one guy that we can pencil in for 200 innings and feel good about it, that helps out our bullpen a lot.

If they are 200 innings of the 2011 variety I will pass. I really hope he bounces back to about 4.00 ERA. Got my fingers crossed.

I would rather have 200 innings of Bronson than A.J. Burnett. At least Bronson isn't a headcase like Burnett. And I don't think Burnett can do lousy Pearl Jam covers like Bronson.

I'm not saying I want AJ Burnett. What I am saying is that if there were supposedly four teams that were willing to trade prospects and pick up 13 million of the salary for Burnett surely the Reds could find a buyer for Arroyo. Imagine what the Reds could do with the money saved next year.

Really do not mind Arroyo as a number 3-5 guy in the rotation, but I guess I am old school would love to see him get a hair cut. I know nothing to do with performance, just bothers me!

Arroyo will be here through the duration of his contract. Too much deferred money that is due up front if he is traded.
