Tied game, bottom 9. 1 out. Who do you want up at the plate. (I put Votto on base because otherwise, that's the obvious choice.)

Phillips or Hanigan.

Phillips or Hanigan.

Phillips was my thought too. Now if that changes to Bruce this year, then we're in business! At this point, I don't have enough confidence in Jay, or God forbid, Stubbs in that scenario.

A legit cleanup hitter that we acquire at the trade deadline? lol

Bruce. I have confidence he is going to make a nice stride this year.. Phillips is going to already be passed in the lineup or I would pick him.
IF Bruce doesn't safely hit, he is also the most likely able to hit a deep sac fly.

Cairo :)

Or a healthy Rolen.

Stubbs and Bruce would be at the bottom of my list.

I would say Hanigan. Not our best offensive player, but very tough to strikeout. I think he puts the ball in play.

Phillips, but I do think Bruce takes a step forward this year

Adam Dunn, obviously....

In all seriousness, I guess I'd have to go with BP.

Hanigan or possibly Cairo, believe it or not. I'm probably glossing over the times he's failed in late game oppurtunities, but my memory is of him being generally outstanding in the clutch.

I'd have to go with Hanigan. Chances are he's putting the ball in play.
