Here are the lineups via baseballpress.com. I can't believe I'm posting a lineup to a game I'll actually be attending. Look for me, I'll be the one wearing a Reds cap. :D No Cozart. Looks like no slump busting tonight with that lineup.

1. Drew Stubbs (R) CF (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=stubbdr01&year=Career&t=b)
2. Wilson Valdez (R) SS (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=valdewi01&year=Career&t=b)
3. Joey Votto (L) 1B (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=vottojo01&year=Career&t=b)
4. Scott Rolen (R) 3B (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=rolensc01&year=Career&t=b)
5. Jay Bruce (L) RF (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=bruceja01&year=Career&t=b)
6. Ryan Ludwick (R) LF (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=ludwiry01&year=Career&t=b)
7. Willie Harris (L) 2B (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=harriwi02&year=Career&t=b)
8. Ryan Hanigan (R) C (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=hanigry01&year=Career&t=b)
9. Bronson Arroyo (R) P (http://www.baseball-reference.com/players/split.cgi?id=arroybr01&year=Career&t=b)

With Phillips out, wouldn't seem like an ideal time to rest Cozart.

Unless there's some number out there showing that Valdez/Harris hit the Nats pitcher Zimmerman particularly well.

it is a very small sample but Valdez is 3 for 5 lifetime against Zimmerman

Then play him at 2nd instead of Willie Freakin' Harris! There's an off-day Monday, Cozy can rest then.

Dusty is having quite a year so far. I don't get why Chapman was not being used. If he is going to be in the bullpen use him there.

We've been Dusted again!

I don't blame Dusty for that one. It is going to happen sometimes.

I just hope that next time Dusty doesn't decide to leave Arroyo in there to try and avoid this happening again.

Everyone and their mother wanted Dusty to bring in Bray in Arroyo's last start and in yesterday's game. He finally does today, and he's an idiot for doing it.

True, and if he would have brought in Chapman, and given up a bouncy homerun, Dusty still would have been the idiot.

Understand the point but you still have to find a way to win some of these games. I left the TV for a bit there so I didn't see how gassed Arroyo was but I don't know why you don't just go to Marshall and finish it.
