It is being reported:

The weekend forecast in Chicago doesn't look particularly favorable, especially with the Cubs leaving the retractable-roof stadium and warm climate of Miami, with highs in the mid-50s and lows in the high-30s. Just one more reason to hope for a hot start.

With the leg issue Brandon has, playing in those conditions are really going to test him and I would hope if they can, they limit his playing if the temps drop.

For a slightly pulled muscle Im surprised BP hasnt overcome this injury by now. Maybe he's milking it a bit.

He shouldn't even be on the roster right now, he should be on the DL...and after he said the below there is no question that is where he should be:

Reds: Phillips playing through left hamstring pain
• Brandon Phillips went 2-for-5 with his first homer of the season and his first two RBIs on Thursday, but he's still working through considerable pain in his sore left hamstring. The second baseman has admitted he's playing at 60 percent, and he hasn't been able to run hard up the first-base line. Phillips suffered the injury April 9 and missed five starts, then finally lobbied his way back into the lineup Sunday.

At this point, he could be well more than half way through a 15-day DL visit, and have actually given himself the opportunity to heal...

Maybe horrible for Homer as well....things tend to bother him and miserable weather and a bad break or two and many of us would assume a letdown....this is an opportunity to prove his mental makeup...preferably for the good.
