He batted. 290 last year with about 70 rbi's. That's a whole lot better than a whole lot of players. Why hasent anyone signed him?

I think his defense is such a liability that he could only DH. Not sure why an AL team hasn't picked him up though. Maybe he wants more $$$ than teams are offering.

Seth Smith hits monster homers in GABP.....that's about all most of us know of him.

Vlad should have taken the Yanks offer but was holding out for more bucks
Honestly, not a lot of power, tons of dp's, defensive liability

He's definitely in the twilight of his career, if his career isn't already over. The man has been a great player, but there's really not that much use for him right now. As has been mentioned people aren't going to pay a premium price for a guy that can't field and can't hit for much power anymore.

I think he could still help a team though from the DH spot if he would be willing to take a small paycheque.

and dont forget Johnny Gomes!!!!!
Personally if the reds LFers keep sucking i'd be fine with giving him a shot there and bringing in heisey as a defensive replacement in later innings.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – Vladimir Guerrero has agreed to a minor league contract with the Toronto Blue Jays, a potential veteran boost for a lagging lineup.

One of my all time favorite players. I hope that this pans out.
