In line with my previous question..... Cal Ripken has the longest all-time streak of consecutive seasons missing 10 or fewer games with 17 straight.....but he shares this with one other former MLB player....Name that player.

Pete Rose had 14....not the answer obviously.

Rafael Palmeiro. Steroid-aided.

Palmeiro....yes!

How was that steroid aided? He took but all the other guys on the roids had a breakdown in their legs. Roids kept him from 700 doubles.

Steroids had to play a role to some extent; their sole purpose is to quicken recovery.

Yeah....I know. What sucks about the steroid era is you just don't know how much it helped. To me Palmeiro was pretty much Mark Grace with some added power (not a lot, but a gap hitter). Bonds had 3 MVP's before most considered a juicer.

Then of course the no doubters that no one associates.....Luis Gonzalez, Nomar, Mo Vaughn etc
