1. We didn't "let him go". We did not negotiate a new deal for him.
2. KoKo was a class act for the Reds, on and off the field during his tenure in Cincinnati. He never made an excuse ,he never missed a turn, and nobody came close to his charitable donations. I don't see how a true Reds fan can gloat over his lack of success this year.

This, and if we could pick him up for the stretch run I would not be upset.

Cordero was rough to watch sometimes, but he was a good guy. I didn't want him back, but I'm certainly not rooting against him.

He is definitely a good guy, but I don't miss him as a closer.
