Word out of Milwaukee is Zach G. is getting a nine day break and will not be pitching during the Reds series...They say it's not a health issue, and not a trade issue.
*Also anyone know what Zach did that has only happened one other time in ML baseball history?

Started three consecutive games? That would be my guess.

The first start was like 1 batter, got tossed. Started second game next night and third game was first game after ASB...something tells me there are other issues at play here that are not "physical/trade" involved.

Continued good fortune in missing some of the best players.

We were never supposed to face Greinke I don't think. His normal day would be Wednesday against the Cards right?

Wednesday is correct, so unless they were bringing him back on 3 days rest he naturally misses whole series v Reds.
But then again...the man did start 3 games in a row.;) So anythings possible.

Thanks, thats what I thought. So skipping Weds actually makes it more likely that we see him, not less.

Either way we miss yet another top of the staff pitcher.
Continued fortune regardless.
