Wonder when Didi will get a start?

Hopefully the next time Dusty thinkls about writing Valdez's name on the card. Which probably will be tomorrow. Rolen will need a day off. Play Frazier at 1b, and either Didi, or Rodriguez at 3b?

If you're Houston, would you run him out there at 180 pitches or go to your pend? I run him out there. Heck, I'd run out a 50-year old Roger Clemens at 100 pitches before I trust my bullpen lol

Do you really think that they're caring about W/L's at this point? I don't. I think they're simply getting guys experience for the future. And Harrell's one of the few guys on the current club that I think they're planning on using long-term.

But if it's free ice cream and pizza, why is he having to "buy" it?

I thought BP made a fool of himself. He saw the home plate umpire make the K call himself, so why point to first base? Just walk back into the dugout and take it like a man. He needs to get a grip.

Brandon wouldn't let the issue go. He challenged the ump's authority. Bad move on his part. I'm not saying the ump handled it perfectly, but BP was begging for an ejection and I'm not surprised he got one. You need to know when to shut up and walk away. If this game goes extras, that really hurts us.

I didn't catch exactly when the ejection happened. I just wish he would've controlled his emotions better, that's all. I'm not trying to demonize him for it, hope I'm not coming off as too harsh. With Votto out, we really can't afford to lose him in the middle of our lineup in a tight game.
