One they left off was Jonathan Frid. My wife was reading me this list last night and couldn't believe they left him off. Since she was a Dark Shadows fan from way back she would notice that one. :)

Gore Vidal was one I thought had died a long time ago.

The other day my buddy said he was looking forward to watching Dick Clark on New Year's Eve. I looked at him and said "Are they gonna do a Weekend At Bernie's thingy, because he died."

I didn't see actor Gary Collins on the list either. He passed away this past October

Forgot about Collins. I didn't know he had died until the last couple of weeks until my wife mentioned it.

Maurice Sendak is one I just assumed had been dead for many years.
