I wonder about a reunion on a discounted 1 or 2 yr deal with some kind of stiff requirements/limits about social media presence and maybe some requirements for community involvement (i.e. he can't make the PR problem worse for the team or the deal is off, and he has to do things to help turn around his image). I'm assuming the Phillies or someone will outbid the Reds for Sonny Gray, Giolito, Nola, etc. Kind of like the thought of a Bauer discount if he can convince Krall that he won't be a PR problem.
I think any bad publicity he got from punching an unconscious woman during sex will be outweighed by how him punching an unconscious woman during sex has made him a hero for a certain segment of the sports fan population. Sign him now.
