No brushback. Someone needs to get plunked. Or Bailey should find a different profession.

Just the way the cookie crumbles. Phillips and Bruce will jump start us. And Bailey better drill Bilbo next time.

If you're referring to Billingsley, he has the advantage of facing this Reds lineup tonight.
In a game without Votto, playing Heisey over Ludwick doesn't help matters IMO. Now the bunt king is in for Cozart, who hopefully is ok.

He better be planning on plunking Billingsly. If not, this is absurd.

Where is the like button?

What good does that do? I'm sure Billingsley feels bad enough.
Re: 7/2/12 Reds at Dodgers
Hasn't even gone inside to Billingsley.
Re: 7/2/12 Reds at Dodgers
What is the point of throwing at someone? Do any of you actually think there was any kind of purpose behind that pitch?

I don't think the Reds took a high school pitcher in the 1st round with hopes that he could be their #5 starter in 8 years.
I think they, and most, thought he had TOR stuff, and could be a TOR starter within 5 years....many even sooner.
He's serviceable as a #5 starter....but it continues to be a roller coaster ride for fans. His trade value continues to decline as well.
He has the occasional gem, and as a #5....that's nice.

And he gets a hit. Un. Accept. -Able.
Re: 7/2/12 Reds at Dodgers
Id rather hit him then give up a single.
