Re: 9/18/18 Yelich Reds @ Milwaukee
Schebler redeems himself a bit for the error earlier, RBI double to make it 3-1 Redlegs.
Re: 9/18/18 Yelich Reds @ Milwaukee
Schebler doubles in Dixon and is only a triple and homer away from a Yelich. Peraza is a triple and single shy.

He's really not. Not a strong arm, I'll grant you. But he makes the plays and he's good enough to play CF.

Lorenzen through 4 innings on 52 pitches with one unearned run. Looking very nice.
Seems his night is done. Thom is mad.

I've never noticed his unusual throwing motion till now. Looks sub-optimal.

I like that Lorenzen is a competitor who wants to stay in the game, but it was the right decision, especially considering that it was his first start in three years.

His throwing motion didn't always look like this. I think he's still suffering ill effects from the shoulder injury from running into the wall in St. Louis.

Our intrepid broadcaster with another backhanded comment about Aguilar's weight.

He seems obsessed with his weight. Weird.

It's a good thing we live in a time and place that making fun of people for their appearance and bullying are both acceptable activities.
...er, wait....
Re: 9/18/18 Yelich Reds @ Milwaukee
Like how the Cowboy almost willed that double-play.
Re: 9/18/18 Yelich Reds @ Milwaukee
It would be nice if the announcers realized a game was going on.

His favorite son from Middletown isn't exactly svelte.

A game? Why would they want to talk about that?! Our feckless broadcaster (who shall remain nameless) was as giddy as a schoolgirl over the possibility that either Cowboy or Piecoro is going to get a pie in the face over the Mississippi State-Kentucky football game.

Before the season, I would have been AMAZED if in Peraza's best season of his career had more hits than Barry Larkin in his worst season of his career.
But Jose has obviously put in the work and it's really paying off. Really proud of that kid. What a breakout season. Could be an All Star next season.

Is it wrong that I am actually rooting against the Reds because I can't stand helping the Cubs in any shape or form?
