Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't recall Tom Hallion as being an umpire with an exceptionally short fuse. Lackey, on the other hand, is known to be a hothead. According to Jim Day, Hallion clearly told Lackey to knock it off, and he persisted.

Axl's voice is shot. He hasn't been the same since he split up with Slash and Izzy, and took forever to release the mythical Chinese Democracy album (which was disappointing).
