Official Redszone TV Thread, Part II
Re: Official Redszone TV Thread, Part II
The fourth episode of Season 5, “Slabtown“ trounced Sunday Night Football's ratings last night, according to Deadline. Netting a 7.6 rating in the 18-49 demographic, The Walking Dead placed well-ahead of Sunday's NFL game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens, which only scored 6.1. According to Deadline, that’s a margin of 24%.
This is the second time this season that The Walking Dead has surpassed Sunday Night Football. The first time came almost a month ago, when the Season 5 premiere beat the NFL’s 18-49 ratings by a score of 8.7 to 6.6. It controlled the #1 spot for a four hour period. With these numbers, The Walking Dead officially ranks as the most-watched non sports program on television.

This weeks Sons of Anarchy "What a Piece of Work Is Man" was good TV. My expectations for the season finale and Sutter wrapping this all up nice and tidy sits at a 6 right now.

Oswald Cobblepot might be one of the best new characters on television.

Agree, the role and the actor are perfect together. People want to compare Agents of SHIELD and Gotham, as some weird DC/Marvel showdown. These shows couldn't be more different, and I am digging them both.

That was a pretty solid episode. Much better than the last 3 or 4.

I stopped watching SoA in season 3 I think. I'm looking forward to a binge session after its all said and done though.

Man I can't imagine binge watching SoA, it is so intense I have to watch something else about 90 minutes of it.

Season 3 is awful.
Re: Official Redszone TV Thread, Part II
I just want to say the Walking Dead is the worst show I've ever seen that I just can't stop watching for some reason. What melodramatic slop! And yet, there I am every week.

Last episode of SOA was good. Juice and Jax scene in jail was probably the best of series.
With 2 more episodes to go, I think this is going to end with me happy so I am now at a 9 with excitement.

Really solid episode. I actually thought the best scene was when Nero was on the phone with Jax standing next to Gemma, but they dropped Jax's audio. Really well done.

Homeland has been amazing this season, maybe even better than S1.
