If it was all Nike/Adidas related, then Duke and Coach K will likely be able to play dumb.
I read an article where it said Zion would not snitch on Duke. If he has to testify under oath and it’s proven that he did then that is perjury.
Wonder if we’ll get a SI cover with Dukes Shame if anything comes from it?

I'm pretty sure he won't have to testify or say anything for a long, long time.

Agreed because it’ll likely be settled before it ever goes to trial.
Still, can you imagine Coach K on the stand for it?

He'd simply lie and dare them to catch him in it.
Any coach would.

Interesting thought bubble on the NCAA and the effect of coronavirus on travel and schedules.
Basically, if there are no fans in the stands (a distinct possibility), perhaps teams should limit travel as much as possible.
Can you make a legitimate 25-game basketball schedule travelling less than two hours (or so) by bus for your favorite team?
If Kentucky had to do this, it'd be epic:
Made for TV Games
U of L
Dayton
Cincinnati
Xavier
Purdue*
Indiana*
Vanderbilt*
Ohio State*
Tennessee*
Butler*
* Indicates a neutral site game
Other Games
Murray State
NKU
WKU
EKU
Morehead State
Marshall
Miami (OH)
Evansville*
IUPUI*
Indiana State*
Lipscomb*
Austin Peay*
Middle Tennessee State*
Wright State*
Calipari would hate that schedule, fwiw. Not enough bunnies.
How does your favorite team stack up?

Could throw WVU in the mix too.

WVU is too far away for a neutral site game.
(You have to be within two hours' bus ride, and Morgantown is 5+ hours.

In the one I posted it’s 300 miles or 4-5 hours. Kinda opens it up more but Kentucky will have good competition regardless.

In a court under oath? I am not sure about that....especially in regards to something that would likely have an indirect paper trail and likely is known by more than one person. Resigning in shame is bad....going to jail for perjury is much worse.

I think it is a rule that Cal and Huggins must be in the same bubble.

He'd bank on plausible deniability and a jury that has at least one guy who drinks the Dook kool-aid.

This is a football story, but I will not be surprised if many high level players in football and basketball look into short term moves if their home state has doubts about playing Fall and/or Winter sports.

I think you mean the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center! ;)
Re: NCAA Basketball 2020-2021: Uncertainty Galore!
This bus ride system is going to be tough on Gonzaga. They'll have to play Washington State and Idaho 15 times each.
