I agree...GSW matches up very well with Miami and I would guess win in 5, 6 tops. Now the C's would be a tougher match up. I could see that series going 6 or 7 games with either team winning. I think as long as the Dubs come out of the Mavs series fairly healthy, the chip is theirs to lose.
But then again, I could be wrong, or the guy who says the Blazers are going to make deep runs and make the finals every year could be wrong...it's 50/50

The thing everyone underestimates about the Warriors is there conditioning...they never look tired or winded they just wear you down until your 10-15 point lead headed into the 4th has evaporated.
They would have easily won 60+ games this season if not for the injuries.

The most ridiculous thing about the Warriors is how they turned Durant walking away as a free agent into Andrew Wiggins and Jonathan Kuminga. Another blunder by Brooklyn but nowhere near as awful as the deal the Russian owner made with Boston before that.

Rediculous? Do you mean GS paying wiggs $33 million for a playofF PER of 13.47? And that is not counting his share of the $184 million luxury tax they are paying.

Those two deals might yet meet in the NBA finals.

Looney? Seriously? vs Adebayo/Horford/Williams
Butler and Tatum? The Warriors have nobody who comes close to either of them at the Wing position.
Smart is better than Thompson.
Poole isn't better than Herro. They are a wash.
Lowry is as good as Curry as Curry is a huge negative defensively that more than makes up for the difference in Offense.
The depth on BOS and MIA far exceeds the Warriors after the aforementioned players.
Green is going to get eaten up by both squads.
Brown for BOS is far superior to Wiggins.

That comes back to their fundamentals. Playing smart on both ends of the floor expends less energy on Offense, leaving more for Defense, which takes more energy, but they have it. And, everyone gives 100% because they know they will touch the ball on Offense and that the team will ride the hot hand no matter who it is.

Boy, we disagree on a lot of these.

If you want to grab a chair at that particular poker table, I'll stake you.
Although you've already been handed a royal flush draw of, "Lowry is as good as Curry...", so I'm not sure you'll need the assistance, sir...

Steph Curry doesn't play defense? You mean like Damian Lillard?

He's definitely one of the most overpaid players in history but still, Golden State got a lot for Durant walking away.

i think you’re missing some obvious comparisons - Smart is a lot better than lowry in this playoffs. Lowry is not playing as well as Vincent, forget about Curry. And Herro is roughly as effective as Max Strus, forget about Poole.
But take heart, Lowry is still better than Drake and Herro is better than FloRida.

Boston with 37 points in the first half, but then out scored Miami 32-16 in the third quarter. If Lowry is as good as Curry, it’s time for that show to happen.

After watching Kyle Lowry go 0-fer in a key game 5 for a salary of $27 million., Wiggs’ 15 ppg for $33 million looks pretty good.
