Do they actually play HS basketball in Kentucky?

Do they actually play college basketball in Indiana?

Now, now.
Purdue is good most years.
Butler has been good lately.
And IU has... history.

They don't play well, but they play.

Evidently they play better than Kentucky kids.
Re: Kentucky Basketball 2019-2020 (Another Year, Another Rebuild)
Kerry Blackshear, Jr., has serious interest in Kentucky. Rumor is that if he likes his visit, he'll commit this week.
If so, he makes this Kentucky team the one to beat, IMO, for the national championship.
PG Ashton Hagans/ Immanuel Quickley
2G Tyrese Maxey/ Johnny Juzang
SF Kahlil Whitney/ Keion Brooks
PF Kerry Blackshear/ Nate Sestina
C EJ Montgomery/ Nick Richards
Still might not be enough shooting, and Dontaie Allen may need some minutes (assuming he comes back from injuries). But there are other options if Calipari wants to use them. Allen at the SF along with Juzang might be a better fit anyway-- with both Whitney and Brooks sliding up to the PF spot.

The schedule is likely finished. Kentucky will be playing Georgia Tech in a home and home and Kentucky will travel to Lubbock to play Texas Tech in the SEC Big 12 challenge.
This is in addition to Michigan State, Utah, and Ohio State.

Also Louisville in Rupp. Not a bad out of conference schedule. I think Texas Tech lost a lot from that team. It's a road game so it will be tough but I would imagine Tech will be rebuilding some. I know Michigan State will be real good. Not sure about Georgia Tech, Utah and Ohio State? UK also does not play a true road game until the SEC schedule. Although they will have a number of neutral site games.
Re: Kentucky Basketball 2019-2020 (Another Year, Another Rebuild)
UK's next game against a ranked opponent will be against THE Ohio State Buckeyes in Vegas 12/21/19 on CBS.
Buckeyes currently ranked 10th. UK is 9th.
Re: Kentucky Basketball 2019-2020 (Another Year, Another Rebuild)
Another injury for Kentucky. Sestina broke his wrist and is out 3-4 weeks or possibly longer.
I’ve never seen a Cats team bitten by the injury bug like this one.
Re: Kentucky Basketball 2019-2020 (Another Year, Another Rebuild)
Looks like this is going to be an injury plagued year. It's shame for Sestina too since this truly will be his only year at UK.
