Looks like Spain is still happening as he's going through covid protocol in town. I like the trade as I expected them to get nothing for Dunlap. Hopefully Finney can offer some serviceable starting time. If not, he's a versatile backup.

If you don't have access to the Athletic get it for yourself really nice article on S2 Cognition

Burrow scores in the 97th percentile which won't shock us as he picks things up so quickly. I would be interested in Herbert's score as well.
Also Spain signed today and is currently on the practice squad as he was not going to play this week.

It’s not a secret that i have requested a trade. Trade me if this how y’all feel. I’m healthy and eager to play. I know I can be productive. It’s hard to love something when your not actually participating in it. Believe me, its not football that i don’t like.

Re: 2020 Bengals Thread Part 2: New Era or More of the Same?
A friend posted an article link about a week ago on Facebook and the title was “Bengals star requests trade”.
I immediately thought “Oh man, Burrow is fed up already!?” and then I opened the article to see they were talking about John Ross.
“Star” seemed like a bit of a stretch to me, lol

He hasn't played..in weeks
They worked him out on punt returns this past week
If you can't catch balls from Burrow you have 0 trade value...
I would offer him up for Dante Pettis and call it a night.

Nice to see positive moves from the Bengals the last two weeks. Gives me hope.

From Rotoworld with Rotoworld comments:
Titans CB Kristian Fulton (knee) won't play in Week 8 against the Bengals. Fulton's injury is significant since he would otherwise be responsible for draping Tyler Boyd in the slot. The Titans could dip into their practice squad ahead of Sunday, heightening Joe Burrow's ceiling in the second-highest implied total (52.5) of Week 8.

Re: 2020 Bengals Thread Part 2: New Era or More of the Same?
It's one thing for Carlos Dunlap to be unhappy. Even if he went full temper tantrum and all that. But Dunlap has been a very good NFL player for many years, and he's done a TON of great things for Cincy and the Bengals.
If you're John Ross, you're inactive because you're not good enough to be active. And when you are you don't do anything. You can't play the same card Dunlap plays. You don't even have to, it's not like we're dying to hang onto you or anything.
