For like 3 or 4 months I've been one of those horrible a holes who listens to the Hamilton soundtrack almost everyday and then tries to get everyone he knows to listen to it. Don't get me wrong, I don't see this behavior stopping anytime soon but I do recognize that I am the worst. I would have never imagined myself saying this a year ago but I'm fairly certain I'm going to spend $1200 for my wife and I to see it when it comes to Texas next year. Such a ridiculous thing.

Yep. It's outstanding. Beautiful.
I get sad thinking that the world is 1000x more excited about the new Taylor Swift album than this one.
The new National album has leaked and it's amazing.
At once, its more subdued and more frantic than anything they've ever done. They're cramming in less and yet outputting more energy and emotion. It's also the most cohesive and tightest album of their career. What a time to be alive.

Lol, forgot these guys were still making music. Anthony Green's range is ungodly.

Broadway soundtracks can do that....especially if you see the original stars on broadway instead of the 2nd-tier performers that travel with the roadshows. There is a difference in the quality of their voices.

The National's new one is also incredible. Good couple of weeks for me - Grizzly Bear, The War on Drugs and The National all release epic albums.
