That's two former MVPs, seven All-Stars, and nine guys who had substantial roles over multiple seasons in the major leagues.
It would be interesting to see how that ranked historically among Red farms and the best of each club.

Not sure which is sadder ... the state of the Reds' farm system back then when I made the original post, or the fact that 13 years later, most of us in that thread are still waiting for the Reds to win something! :laugh:
