2019-2020: Who is the Reds #25 Prospect???
C Eric Yang & SS Braylin Minier tied and thus are awarded the #23t. & #23t. spot
I'm going to run just one more poll after this and that will put a close to this year's rundown.
Please, discuss why you are voting for who you are voting for.....this is a slow time of the year so it's more than welcomed.
^If you are voting other, please make sure to tell me who the other vote is for in the comment section.
***THIS IS A 96 HOUR POLL***

Mac Sceroler - he's my man here.
Re: 2019-2020: Who is the Reds #25 Prospect???
Wendell Marrero, 11th round draft pick last year (which is where you take guys you think have major sleeper potential), .324/.425/.490 in the AZL.
Re: 2019-2020: Who is the Reds #25 Prospect???
Now is time for the other bonus baby, Triana.
Re: 2019-2020: Who is the Reds #25 Prospect???
As I mentioned in the RZone prospects thread, I'll post one more poll - probably this Sunday night.
I'll give everyone the opportunity to pick 5 players, the 5 with the most votes will be our 26th-30th prospects. Anyone else who receives votes but didn't finish in the top 5 I'll list in an "others receiving mention" section.

Picked Alex Powers. Good chance that he will be up this year. I think he will be solid with some back end potential.

Marrero is likely to be a Billings guy this season.
That team should be loaded for bear offensively.
C Luke Berryhill
1B Jose Tello
2B Jose Acosta
SS Yan Contreras
3B Debby Santana
LF Wendell Marrero
CF Ashton Creal
RF Fidel Castro
This doesn't include any of the draftees sure to be there or guys who may be kept back. (Usually, there are quite a few in that spot.)
Billings might also be home to Rece Hinds, Tyler Callihan, and Ivan Johnson, at least for a while.

I just get worried about the lack of ground balls that he induces and how well that will play in GABP. He should be in the mix, but I am not sure he has the upside where I would be more upset if the Reds traded him instead of Triana.

I'm expecting Callihan and Johnson to start the year at Dayton. If they're back in Billings, something's gone really wrong. Hinds, of course, might not even start the season at that level, given his injury last year that kept him from playing.

One of the most encouraging things about that potential team is the surnames. The future Reds need more of an international pipeline.
