Walk by Bob to start the third. I'd just about call it a night for him.
And there's another double, beating the shift. Time to take the kid out.
Price disagrees. Bob wild but Bader bails him out with a bad swing on a groundout.
Sac fly. 6-1 Cards.
Bob strikes out Lynn (#5) to end the third. Don't really see any point in sending him back out for the 4th with 15 guys in the bullpen.
It's a bit too subtle, I guess.
Suffice it to say that Stephenson, despite all his walks, should not have thrown to Molina in the heart of the plate.

Walks aren't good outcomes, but sometimes you have to risk walking the hitter.
Send him back out there until he bleeds.
It has been awhile since Votto was driving the ball and getting XBH. Hopefully he is not wearing down, he petered out last Sept too. (From a power perspective not OBP or even BA)
Chacin in for the 4th.
8-1 Cards in the fourth.
For anyone who wants to see the AA and AAA prospect crowd pitch, tonight is your night.
Rookie Davis in the pen.
Kivlehan can run, pinch triple, 8-3 game now, Reds showing a bit of life offensively.
8-4 on a shot off the pitcher by Winker.
Mid-five, 8-4 Cards.
Bad base-running by Winker.
Funformentals.
Rookie Davis in the game. "Only" a four run game now.
Long drive caught in CF, one out for Rookie.
Rookie is 6'5" and 255. Big fella. Fly to Winker, two outs, almost a collision out there.
Base hit for Voit hitting for Lynn. Walk to Carpenter.
Peraza replaces Scooter at 2B. No word yet on the reason why.
Cleveland is just insane right now.
