Not once in my whole life.
yeah, but I'm not even talking about that - just having people listen and say "thats a valid point, but......" - - that would be nice, you know, back and forth debate
Here its just don't listen and go for the juglar
I once convinced my friend we should stay at the MGM in Vegas instead of the New York New York.Quote:

Every time one of my friends gets engaged, I cross my fingers for a Vegas bachelorette party. So far no luck, but I keep hoping!
Rosie wins!
Just scream Hi and they should all hear youQuote:

Good evening Rosie :)
And now I'm talking to myself
But that's ok..because the thread is worth being committed
I'm awake and watching badminton. Not sure why.
Because nothing else is on? :D
So that's how early you have to get up to watch badminton? And I really wanted to watch that. I'm not kidding.
Edie and I rented a bunch of movies last night and drank... copiously... if any of you haven't seen House of Sand and Fog you should rent it... it's totally sweet.
Timeline was delightfully dumb.
Along Came Polly... yeah, I wouldn't recommend that to my worst enemy.
And finally... Flesh For the Beast is pretty bad, and when I say bad I mean not good, even for a direct-to-video horror flick.
I haven't decided whether or not I'm going to the Dylan concert in Lexington today.
Tiger Army is a great band. I mean, really. usually I'll get a cd and listen to it for a couple of weeks and then it'll disappear into my shclves never to be heard again, but I keep putting this band back in my stereo.
I'm not feeling ill anymore! I thank Christian Moerlein.
I've got some writing to do now, so I'll catch up with you hep cats later.
Be good!
:gac:
And that was Zagg with the movie reviews ;) :D
Go to the concert
Glad you feel better
Thank you kindly, good sir.
And as far as shoes go, I own a pair of oxblood Timberlands, some black Craftsman boots, and a pair of black Skechers.
When I was younger, I thought it would be the coolest thing on earth to have dentures, so I wouldn't have to brush my teeth anymore.
I have two pairs of sandals, one pair of tennis shoes, one pair of black flats, and one pair of dress shoes. All of them are almost two years old and need to be replaced. I just hate to shop for shoes.
I'm working tonight at the Zephyrs game vs the I-Cubs (that's the Iowa Cubs for those not versed in PCL lingo.) It's a big night.
SpongeBob Squarepants will be making a special appearance. There will also be fireworks, a free car giveaway, and a post game concert. Hopefully there will be a big crowd.
Oh wow... Shoes... Where do I even begin?? I have two pairs of white Nike running shoes (one with red and silver accents, the other with blue), 2 pairs of brown boot-like Mudd shoes, white Skechers with lots of pretty rhinestones all over, black strappy high heels, brown suede high heels, brown platform sandals, 2 pairs of pink sandals (one with pics of Cupid, hearts, and lips, the other with silver sequins), tan sandals with blue sequins, 3 pairs of black sandals (one platform), blue and white striped sandals with bows on them, white sandals with pink and white sequins, blue sandals with white flowers, brown strappy sandals with buckles on them, black dressy boot-like shoes, and of course, my Adidas softball cleats. I also have 2 pairs of University of Kansas slippers... Do those count?? :) I bet I've forgotten a bunch, as well...
Spongebob?? shame I'm 900 miles away ;)
I should answer my own shoe question..I own a pair of timberland sneakers, a pair of black converse all stars that I've had since forever, a pair of old airwalks (back when they were cool ;) ) that I use to mow the yard, and a pair of black dress shoes :D
SB is ahead on the shoe battle at this point :D
900? GAB is only about 800 from my home, and I have to go through northern Ky to get there. Come on down. ;)Quote:

Sneakers, sneakers and more sneakers in various states of disrepair.
The life cycle = public - weekenders - grass mowing - camp - into the campfire.
Todays never made it to the fire and should have. Toes are sticking out. Still drives my mother nuts. :)
Take em off before you burn em ;)
You could swim. And meet up with Casey Crab, Mardi Crawfish, and Rally Gator for their race for the Hytops race about the fifth inning. ;)Quote:
