My wife does too, when I'm not here.
Our cats go outside on their own.
Our dog is totally housebroken.
Boys may avoid helping, men don't.
I call most "men" boys, as most "men" I've dealt with seemed to have stopped maturing when they were, by definition, boys. ;)

Oh, I've thought about upgrading! :MandJ: And if I ever come across a "real" man, I'll think about it some more. ;)
In the meantime, I'll just enjoy living my carefree single life. :)
You go, girl!! :thumbup:Quote:

I wasn't worth a damn until I was in my late 20's.
You SHOULD be enjoying your carefree single days. Savor them, in fact. They'll be over way too soon for most people.
Sounds like this is a companion piece to Raisor's "Girls are evil" thread. "Boys are evil?"
:RedinDC:
Boys and men are evil. Except for Lloyd Dobler.
But Lloyd gave her his heart and she gave him a pen! :lol:Quote:

No way, they hopped on a plane to England, and when she was scared of flying, he told her to wait for the ding!Quote:

I jammed my right thumb trying to catch a pop fly before our game today. Played 3 innings at 2nd but had more trouble than usual hanging on to the ball so I sat out and just batted the rest of the game. We won 21-11.
A DH chip??? ;)
Hope your ok :)
More facts!
Today I took out the trash, did the dishes, did a load of laundry, grilled some salmon, went to Krogers, vacuumed, watched Keanu for a few minutes in Speed, and am now doing some LSAT practice.
PS I really like this thread.:)
Congrats on the win Chip! :gac:
Hope your thumb is okay.

I'll be OK. I kinda feel like a wuss cause a guy on the other team went into first and ran into our 1st baseman on a close play and his shoulder popped out of his socket. Luckily for him it popped back in but he didn't play after that.
Given that I'm avoiding the baseball side, I agree.:)Quote:

I knew it had potential, Krono posts like a madmen, Rosie always shows up and does her part, we got unexpected yeomen's work from nottelling, RedLeader and Puffy did exactly what we all thought they would do - produce.
But now things are starting to look bleak. You all know me, I wake up and annoy my wife, I live and die with every post, but once the thread starts to come down to earth I begin to look forward to football.
I know many of you will disagree and say I'm blowing things out of proportion, but this is a critical week. I always try to break down threads into pages, thinking we need to post three pages everyday, sometimes four to make up for the down days, and I am beginning to lose hope.
I had low expectations coming into this thread and it had exceeded everyone of them. But no I am spoiled and began to think it could be legendary, but unless we can post 5 pages a day for the next week I fear the legend will only be a vague memory and we will have to look forward to the next thread next year."
By the way, Austin Powers: The Spy who Shagged Me is on TBS right now, and my favorite part is coming up (well second favorite part, my favorite is when Mini Me and Austin fight - oh, maybe third part, I also love the scene in the tent where the things look like they are being pulled out of Austin's arse)
Fat Bastard - "hey, you kinda look like a baaabeee. Come here, I'm gonna eat you, I'm bigger than you, I'm higha on the food chain, get in my bellleeeee."
The Spy who shagged me is my least favorite of the three. My favorite scene out of all of them is the Tom Arnold bathroom scene from the original.
I couldn't stand any of those movies, I got enough of Mike on SNL, he's just not funny anymore
To me anyway :)
Puffy if you change your view settings we can make 10 pages a day
To me this is page 69, to others it's page 143 :D
Puffy, I LOVE the Edskin post!
Chip, you're not a wuss. :)
This thread will pick up steam in the offseason, we will crush the association threads, and by spring training this board will be known as
"Be the last person to post board..also Cincinnati Reds discussed"
:mhcky21:
Ed would love this thread ;)
How many RBIS Chip? :)
 for Rosie and her carefree single life.
I didn't get married until I was 36.
And even then I was walking down the aisle thinking "I am way too young to be doing this!!"
I was right.
Everyone has their own schedule for stuff, some people get married at 18 and the marriage lasts 50 years :)
Thanks to some dumb article, I am now humming a Rolling Stones tune
