Ok leader is in, anyone else?
It's a little too early for tacos for me.
On this date in 1991*: Montreal's Dennis Martinez hurls a perfect game in defeeating Los Angeles, 2-0. Journeyman Ron Hassey, who also caught Len Barker's perfect game in 1981, is behind the plate for the Expos.
*I think today is also the 10-year mark since Kenny Rogers threw his perfect game.
They are home made tacos :D
Yes it is 10 years for Kenny
Home-made tacos = much better than Taco Bell.
Cat food is better then taco bellQuote:

Would the oceans be deeper without sponges?
Would sharks be less vicious with therapy? Cause I'm all for throwing Dr. Phil in the ocean and letting him work it out with the sharks
If by working it out you mean savagely eaten, well, I'm all for that.Quote:

I think Carlos Boozer has one the greatest names, right up there with Lester Drunk, Jim Drunkenmiller, and Tom Alwayswasted
The kid playing for the Cardinals now, Swackhammer, what a great baseball name.
Much better than pitcher named Homer
That's like a hockey goalie nick named "Hattrick", just doesn't sound right.Quote:

Nope, it was an SUV of some sort. Driven by a woman who looked to be in her 40s. (Diane, perhaps?)
I was trying to decide if she's a relative, his No. 1 fan, or just coincidentally has a similar last name. I went with the fan theory.

Is Krono okay? Anyone heard from him?
Krono is fine, thanks for asking :)
I am very disappointed in you people, I know the Reds are sucking wind right now but that's no excuse to let this thread die
Post People!! :D
We could try and keep this going by saying something about the poster above us
I'll start
Is a Red Krono :D
Does Krono Red ever sleep?
Yes I do..in fact I got up at 12 after hitting the pillow at 4:30
Oh..Creek is nice :D
That Krono dude seems like a good guy.
:p:
RFS is a fan of snoopy :D
Krono Red is really adept at finding the "Post Reply" and "Post Quick Reply" button.
It took so long to come up with that, I forgot what else I was going to say! Just wait... it'll come back to me.
Is a fan of big Wily Mo and apparently had a brain freeze up
Was RFS62 born in 62? And if so, does that mean Creek14 was born in 1914? Are RosieRed and Krono Red married and if so what was Rosie's maiden color? Is Unassisted looking for people to assist him, or is he proud of being free from assistance? Who does Red Leader lead? Is UKFlounder the British version of Flounder from Animal House, and if not is he just a fan of the fish Flounder? Is there anyone, on this forum, nay alive, cooler than Puffy?
The latter, except on those rare occasions when I misplace something vital like the car keys and need my wife's assistance!Quote:

My question is what the **** was Florida doing not working?????????????? It wasn't like she had to stay home watching the kids, they were in school!! She didn't have a lot of housework to do - it was a two bedroom apartment, how much cleaning could it need? If she just got a job at McDonald's or something then they would have been in much better financial shape. Man, that sticks in my craw!
Florida worked for Maude for a while before Good Times started. Perhaps she felt they made enough money so she could be a stay-at-home mom.Quote:
