Thing is, I think people expected Homer to be "frontline" and aren't satisfied with "not garbage."
I doubt many of us take pleasure in this. I didn't turn this game on today to see Homer groove pitches and go down 5-0.

Would love to see a home run here

Carlos Gomez just hit one to put Milwaukee up over the Pirates 3-0.
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
Phillips grounds into a 4-6 FC. 2 outs.
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
If the Reds can come up with a couple more runs here, I'd break out the heavy artillery in assuring the Reds stay within striking distance (i.e. deploy Marshall/Chapman).
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
The lefty with an unpronouncable name is warming up possibly to face Bruce if Ludwick gets on.
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
Ludwick singles to right center. 5-2 Cards. 1st and 3rd.
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
Here we go, Jay! This is who we want up right now!
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
Darn home run to Craig last inning.
Re: 8/26/12 - Reds vs Cards
That is it for Wainwright.

Well, they got the 2-run homer back. Now Bruce has a chance to tie this baby up or at least get them a little closer.
