K on Brantly and it's two out, with one at first for the Marlins.

I don't think Kelch and Welsh like each other very much.

Three up, three down this time for the Reds.

    And Homer Bailey matches it.

Chris always seems to go out of his way to disagree with Kelch. They bicker like an old married couple that doesn't want to argue in front of the kids.

Strikeout to end the bottom of the fourth, and it remains 6-1.

Good few innings here by Homer. I'd love to see him get just a bit more efficient and pitch through the 8th.

hah, now that i am looking for it, i do see it. chris shocked at kelch's suggestion that someone other than leake or cingrani could get sent down (although it seems like kelch was about to clarify his initial statement). interesting dynamic.

Brandon Phillips with a single to start the fifth... and out attempting to steal.

Frazier seems to be one of those Jay Bruce/ Zack Cozart funks where he never gets ahead in the count.

Homer reads RZ. 6 pitch inning to give him hope of going 8. 66 through 5 so far.
