Hopefully they won't put Kintzler in tonight.

    We're bad again. Win tomorrow!
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

It sucks they lost but it's not in the top ten for me this season.

When facing pitchers who are 13-3 with sub 2.5 ERA's, we might struggle.

    Big time worry.

Other teams have good pitchers too. We saw one tonight. He made a lot of good hitters look bad.

    Get 'em tomorrow.

Just for the heck of it:

Reds blew a 5-0 lead in the 7th inning in Pittsburgh in April

They blew a 2-0 lead with two outs and nobody on base in the 8th inning in Philadelphia (Chapman gave up back-to-back HRs)

They blew a 4-1 lead in the 8th inning with two outs and nobody on base vs the Cubs (Ondrusek)

They blew an early 4-0 lead in Pittsburgh in June. Broxton gave up a late 2-run HR.

The extra innings loss to the Cardinals on Sunday Night Baseball in June when the Reds blew a 3-1 7th inning lead.

The Chapman blown save in Arizona

The 3-2 loss to Pittsburgh the third game back from the ASB when Votto grounded into a DP with the bases loaded and no outs in the 8th

1-0 loss in LA in 11 innings

Chapman blown save in San Diego

    Chapman blown save in Milwaukee

Tonight's loss has nothing on those games.

Tonight's loss had nothing on game 3 of the 61 series when Maris hit that HR. or Game 6 of the 75 series. Or game 7 of the 72 series. or game 5 of the 73 playoffs.

    No biggie.

That 61 series made me so mad that I refused to be delivers for another 13 years.

Maybe a Right-handed bat in CF would have been nice, such as Heisey.

I blame it on lineup construction......oh, wait, that's the best lineup we can put out there. Maybe the pitcher's stuff was the main factor.

Maybe the reds are incapable of winning every single game.
