I hope the Pirates win the division. The Reds might be able to win a one game playoff with the Cards but I do not think they can win a 5 or 7 game series against them

I think he is passive agressively talking about the Reds..... like if your wife weighs 250 pounds and you say," wow honey...look at susan she looks great today in her size 2 dress."

Pretty dismal performance by the bullpen lately. Just when i thought they were our big advantage.

Is this where the Cards hit their grand slam? Seems likely at this point.

I can see it now tomorrow. Simon on DL with "tired arm." Dusty used to use him every day when he refused to pitch Parra. He can't get anyone out lately. Yet he's still in there.

Why is Simon still pitching? Shouldn't we at least pretend like we still want to win?

Wrong pitcher is out there for a grand slam.

I mean, obviously the Reds are going to lose tomorrow and probably get reamed out next week in Cincinnati. Hopefully, as has been the case all year, they will continue to play very well against non-Cardinal teams and hold on to that playoff spot.

Being the worst good team in MLB is preferable to being the best mediocre team. That's all I've got at this point.

Kinda requires a ball in or near the zone, which doesn't look like it's ever gonna happen again.

I was thinking of buying more tickets in Sept, but why waste my money, they dont even look inspired to step things up against the better teams going down the stretch

Reds are a glutton for punishment...But Surely they would at least wait for a good batter and not suffer the humiliation of Descalso hitting a grand slam.

This must be what it's like to be a Michigan fan the past dozen or so years.
