Glad to see 2 runs, but again with the bad baserunning?

Ludwick singled to left, Votto scored. Bruce tried to advance to 3rd on the throw home but it got cut off and he was thrown out

Ludwick singled to left with two one, one out. Votto scored easily, but Bruce overran second, and got caught in a rundown, but not long enough for Ludwick to get to second.

Awesome--answering quickly and hard with middle of the order! Love it.

Knowing I won't get much (any) sympathy here, may I vent for just a second?

It's a frickin' crime....crime I tell you...that a September Saturday Latos-Greinke matchup is virtually unobtainable on the East Coast. Not on satellite. Not on MLB.TV (why the f++k even pay for MLB when they block out the Saturday games for broadcast networks who then don't carry it nationally?!?!). Not on national FOX showing, of course, Yankees/Sox.

Wow. Of course, I love the radio team (best in the country, Scully notwithstanding) but it's just stinkin' wrong I can't also watch this game when not in a car.

    Yeah! We've got the lead!!!

    Crap. Can't watch it.

OK, I'm done. Thanks for humoring an East Coast Reds Fan in a serious a schizophrenic moment (damn! Can't watch. yes! We're up by 1!!!!).

With these two pitchers, this could be the final score.

That'd be A-OK with me. And, I suspect, with all of you too.

Or they could both be gone by the 5th.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Can't get it here in the midwest - I believe its a national blackout unless you are in a Fox area where they play the Reds-Dodgers. Otherwise you are out of luck. It is a crime. Of course they play the Yanks Sox game in 90% of the country - Fox thinks the Yanks are the only team in MLB.

    Re: Dodgers vs Reds 9/7/2013

I'm so glad Fox is showing me the White Sox game instead of Reds-Dodgers. I mean, here in Chicago it's darn near impossible to get those games otherwise. At least I can watch the Reds on mlb.tv. Oh wait... nm. Is there any reason to not hate Fox?
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Thank God for Brennaman, et al.. They're the veritable bone thrown to someone otherwise in solitary.

Crap--Puig! Kelch got the call wrong calling it a tie game. Forgot about Ellis. Latos needs to settle down. Can't expect our guys to come back to many times today.

Kelch keeps saying it's a tie game, but the Dodgers are ahead 3-2 by my count.
