talking heads said Cingrani has allowed one -- count them one hit to 79 hitters after he got them down 0-2 in the count -- that is obscene

Hitters are now 1-79 this year against Tony Cingrani when he gets ahead 0-2 in the count. That's an .012 BA, the lowest in MLB since 1988.
