Only way I could see Reynolds getting another start is if there's nothing to play for in the last few games of the year.

That call at first base seemed rather incorrect.

What I've been most impressed with is that in the seven or eight plate appearances thus far, he's mostly hitting line drives and ground balls. If he continues to make contact and does that, he's going to have a really high BABIP and thus a pretty good OBP.

Braves up 5-2 in the ninth, still rallying.

Janish on the bases as a pinch runner.

The Astros don't look like they're having any fun. It's supposed to be fun.

    Based on 3 AB's?

If you couldn't make the conclusion (and I'm not saying you couldn't) that "he's not just fast" based on a season of AAA ball, you certainly can't change your mind based on 3 hits.

I know, he has been impressive so far, in the field, on the bases, and at the plate. But like i said earlier, I hope he doesn't set the bar too high this year and cant live up to the expectations that SOME fans will put on him!

Logan's ERA now 3.99. That has to be the first time it was under 4 since April?

3-3, 2 singles, a double, RBI, 2 stolen bases, run scored.

    Not bad, Billy

We've outscored then 20-2 in the series and I'm a little ashamed of the Reds for doing so poorly.

It's no fun being an Astro or watching them.

I agree it's supposed to be fun. But I can also understand losing every night is not fun.

Not sure if that comforts anyone but LeDoux's post prompted the thought.

    Cards now up by 2...dammit!
