We've heard THIS before....it quickly led to a huge comeback win. So I'm fine with this tonight. :O)

That MLB.tv thing still blacks me out. I tried to watch it on my iPad in the bar and was crestfallen.

Big inning coming. Buckle up. Choo-Phillips-Votto and much more.

I wonder how Ondrusek would do as a starter? He seems to throw fairly effortlessly. If I was another team I would think about acquiring him and moving him to the rotation.

The fact that Duke and Ondrusek are looking relatively decent makes the Leake outing seem even worse. This Mets lineup really is awful.

Okay, what's going on? Bizzarro world? I just now saw the box score. Joey & Jay 0-4 with 4 K's, Ludwick 2 for 2. I've given up trying to figure it all out. It's impossible.

As poorly as Leake pitched tonight -- and he did pitch poorly -- Reds should be able to get to Niese at some point. Let's go.

Ondrusek is much better than he's given credit for by Redszone. He's not great by any means, but his career OPS against is right at average for an NL reliever. This year, though, he has a very good K:BB rate and has pitched well a lot more times than not. He just gives up too many untimely homers.

Chooooooooo. Triple off the Lagares misplay.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Two of the weirdest line drive hits you'll ever see in the same game.
Rounding third and heading for home...
