Leake thought about grabbing that bouncer up the middle, but decided to let it go through. Should have tried for it.

Reds don't look sharp so far tonight. Now a hit by the pitcher, man gunned down by Bruce at home.

This game could be kind of wild.

Most of the hits have been soft liners, bloopers and soft grounders.

edit: well now the last two hits have been hit hard

Thing of beauty there. What a throw by Bruce.

Saying a "pitcher doesn't have it" based on a few base hits in a game as random as baseball makes little sense.

He wouldn't be the first pitcher who gives up a few early hits (and even a run) who goes on and has a decent game.

    Leake kinda sucks tonight.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Ok, now Leake is looking pretty shaky.

    Price coming out.

Second and third, ground rule double saves the run.

I doubt Price is visiting to tell him "you've got it, keep it up."
