4. The draft timer is 8 hours and is never paused. If the timer elapses the next team may pick, and the team who got skipped may make his pick whenever he gets back online. Passed picks may be used at any time. Complete draft rules are posted a couple times earlier in this thread and will be posted again before this year's draft. It is a courtesy to text/email the next team owner after you make your pick.
