I'd rather strikeout looking than swing like that haha that was brutal.

wow, what a swing from billy..

cubs announcers laughed and said it was the worst swing they ever saw (and that says a lot, they follow the cubs on a daily basis)

That's a whole lot of 'other'.

Having never been there, how's the neighborhood around the ballpark. That's important to me when I visit other ballparks. (You took your life in your hands at Candlestick in the '80's, for example.)

Don't need back spasms here from Phillips. That effects his Defense too much, which we need.

They won't be looking at Phillips to run.

It's a mix of a residential district and a lot of bars. It's fine as far as safety goes. It's like someone dropped a baseball stadium in the middle of a neighborhood. Parking is scarce and what there is is expensive but the El stops about a block from the stadium.

    What's the temp? Have a feeling it's cold...something in the 40's/early 50's.

    37.

Hamilton took an emergency hack and missed. It happens all the time.

Made Bruce look silly on that one. Gonna be a good game.

Oh, I know, but it doesn't change how horrible of a swing that it was.

I like seeing a 10 pitch AB from Bruce, but the Reds still need more from him.
