Can't believe I'm saying this, but nice pitching by Hoover.

I'm baffled at the attitude toward Hoover. Guy has had 3 bad weeks, but his whole body of work indicates he's a quality major league pitcher. And that 3 bad weeks constitutes 6 innings of work, which is one start for a starter.
