I got all excited when he swung and missed there, then in realized, wait, that's only strike 2. Doh.

Marshall gives me hope that he can get a K for two outs and then gives up a 2 RBI base hit. That'll put the dagger in us.

This team is just bad. And for once, I'm not just talking about the Cubs.

Please update us every 10 minutes on this statement. I know I keep forgetting such an important piece of information, I really need this statement repeated over and over and over and over and over.

Is it? There was still talk he might be hurt. Doesn't look like he's hurt. Do we even know for sure yet? That's the point: If he's hurt, obviously it makes sense to pull him. If he's not, IMO, it was a ridiculous decision.

This may be the most depressing game of the year. Lots of people just not getting the job done.

That was a helluva swing by Schierholtz. Curve about a foot-and-a-half outside. And down.

Only problem was he was expecting it.

The rainy night against Pittsburgh will hold that title for awhile for me. Giving up back to back HR's 3 times and every time having the first one tie the game and the second give away the lead, was by far the most frustrating thing for me.

    Very disappointing loss tonight.
