That OBP makes me feel all tingly inside.
(Referring to Jack Hannahan signing with a Korean team)
Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

His line cracks me up. Last year 35 doubles, 10 HR's @ Dayton. This year, 6 doubles, 8 HR's. Kind of unexpected HR totals so far. I do like the fact that he has 37 BB to just 36 K's.

Oh, Pepper and Texas-- thanks for these daily minor leagues threads--- makes it easy for me to come in and do a quick check to see how the players are doing.

I'm inclined to chalk that up to a Cali League effect. Long-term I would expect him to collect doubles with modest HR power rather than bang HRs with a smattering of doubles thrown in.
    I'm not a system player. I am a system.

According to their PBP guy on the radio, he is rough around the edges, but is making strides, and noticeable improvement each time he plays there.
