Will the Reds redraft one of their picks from last year or a ranked player who fell?

I really don't like all this drafting of sons of scouts, coaches, execs. Last year they were playing Jocketty's kid (a complete travesty) and Terry Reynolds' kid (not quite so bad, but still bad). To me it's a sign of complacency, and I half-suspect that it is somewhat systemic.
Just about every team was doing that down the stretch.
The Yankees, Braves, and Diamondbacks I believe mentioned it during their announcements. Heck, the Padres drafted Johnny Manziel in the 20's, not like a throw away pick in the 30's.
The new CBA makes it harder to sign those guys really late that slide. That's why most of the fliers end up being taken in the teens. Like how the Reds wwnt HS in rounds 11-13. That's where they usually throw their left over bonus money now a days.
