Some extra-inning excitement in the Dayton game. Reynoso walked to lead things off for the Mustangs. Jamodrick McGruder followed with an infield single. As a pitching change was being made, a couple of Great Lake Loons were ejected (shortstop and manager), precipitating a series of defensive changes. Joe Hudson made it a moot point as he doubled in both runners. Dayton leads 4-2 heading into the bottom of the 12th.
Joel Bender will try to save it this time around.

Billings continues to pour salt into the Helena wounds, tacking on two more in the fifth. Beef doubled and Boulware walked. A wild pitch pushed both runners into scoring position. Alex Greer singled them both home.

    10-2 Billings.

Update: Helena pushes across three runs in the bottom of the fifth. It could have been worse except for the fact that they had a runner gunned down at home, Greer to Thompson to Boulware.

    10-5 Billings.

Arise and walk, come through. A world beyond that door is calling out for you. Arise and walk, come through. It's calling out for you.

Will be extra interested in Billings updates now thanks to O'Grady being there.
