Thanks for the tally, hopefully Leake keeps their total under 16,000 by night's end.

    7/18/14 Redlegs @ Fightin' Jeters

As a big fan of Leake, supporter of Heisey and someone who has enjoyed several players on the Yankees over the years.....this could be one of those game threads that I might not be able to tolerate very long.

Need Leake to go 7 innings to get the Reds, himself and the bullpen wear off to a good start. I feel one of those 10 hits in 5 1/3 inn games with 4-5 ER.

There was a Zobrist thread but nothing much was in it about Zobrist.

When we go to Yankee Stadium I have Daryl Thompson flashbacks.

Leake has been a horrible hitter this year, I hope it's just a small sample size thing. Even his bunting is off.

Strange to see Paul O'Neill in the booth.

I've never seen a YES network game before.

    "Go Away gift"
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

I know some people don't like interleague play but tonight's game is a reason why I love it. How often do you get to see the Reds in Yankee Stadium?

As long as they don't play too many games across leagues, I'm totally on board for it.
