Latos walks one guy and screams the F word Into his glove. Bruce hits a t ball queue dribbler to first and just trots in the dugout emotionless. I think Jay needs to get his adrenaline up a bit. I know that's not him. But 2 for 29 isn't him either.

Reds have 3 automatic outs in the lineup with pitcher, Cozart, and Bruce. They also are without Phillips and Votto. Yet they are 3 games out of the wildcard. Crazy.

The key to that at bat was Bruce took the first pitch a fastball right down the middle. He was immediately behind in the count and ultimately took a defensive swing to avoid the K.
