I'm on the fourth episode. You can tell the narrator knows his stuff, but is also a neophyte at podcasting. I listened for a few moments to a later episode and he sounds much better. Really interesting stuff, though.

We Hate Movies is a similar podcast, and just as funny, imo

Its interesting, but I am not loving it so far. I may give it a few more episodes.

I don't know who else listens to Dan Carlin's Hardcore History, but a ton of his past episodes are no longer available. Does that happen with him much?

Carlin archives his podcasts on his website and charges for access to them.

There's a new Cincinnati podcast from writer Joe Wessels, titled "From Cincinnati." Two episodes are up already.

Another podcast I've started listening too is Mobituaries by Mo Rocca, a CBS contributor and occasional panelist on the NPR radio show Wait Wait Don't Tell Me.

    Interesting history lessons.

FYI One Shining Pod is now the Tate and Titus show since they both left the Ringer. I don’t listen a ton but I did like it around tournament time and love Titus.
